In a slow cooker set on med. high mix:
1 cup sliced mushrooms.
1 can sliced mushrooms (with the juice)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
layer evenly on top of the mixture:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
sprinkled with 1 tsp Mrs. Dash table
blend and 1/2 tsp white pepper.
cook for 1 1/2-2 hours until tender and
chicken falls apart when you fork it...
remove chicken and stir in:
1 cup sour cream
1- 1 1/2 cups finely shredded cheese.
replace the chicken in the slow cooker
and turn to low until ready to serve...serve over white rice or noodles.
